Rob is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He explained every aspect of the Dodge Mini Van that we were interested in. Took it for a test drive and came back to talk about the financing. Todd was a great guy and a huge help throughout my experience at Auction Direct. He was quick to get the cars that I wanted to look at out and knew a good deal about them so he could explain the pros experience at Auction Direct. He was rude to my parents, who were there helping me as this was my first time buying a car. We were only given one key, which I understand is the previous owners fault, but when we asked about a spare key, this employee stated "last time I checked you only needed one key to drive a car" in a rude manner to my father, and didn't offer any other solutions. I understand there was nothing they could do about a spare key, but that behavior ruined the overall experience. Overall, Todd was helpful and efficient, but the other employee and the 2.5 hour wait would make me hesitate to recommend Auction Direct to a friend. More
