Exceeded my expectations! Okay, so you walk into a dealership and nobody even gets up to greet you....yes, this happened at a competitor's dealership......However, we walked in Okay, so you walk into a dealership and nobody even gets up to greet you....yes, this happened at a competitor's dealership......However, we walked into Audi Albany, grabbed a brochure for the vehicle we wanted to look at, within a few minutes a gentleman asked us if we needed some assistance (turned out to be the general manager (awesone job, Rick!)..... he introduces us to another gentleman who couldn't have been nicer, more patient, and a true class act (hat's off to Scott!). He spends plenty of time showing us the car and the levels of amenities available.....offers us a test drive, explains pretty much everything.....we discuss our particular situation, he patiently says when your ready please come back. I sent an e-mail to Scott and said Thankx and we have made our decision and would like to proceed. We receive a prompt, polite response and 2 days later we bring our lease car back for them to look at, having decided we are ready to make this happen. Scott greets us, has one of the people look at our car, gives us encouraging news and we sit down to discuss the purchase. The experience was painless, fair and everything was fully explained. Scott is a true gentleman and a pleasure to do business with! Rick came over to finalize the negotiations, and we finished the purchase, Smooth , professional, polite and actually enjoyable...... from start to finish....a very pleasant surprise, this is our second time with this dealership and all I can say is wonderful things about our experience, a transaction well done. A week later we come to pick,up,our new car, it is detailed, we transfer our "stuff." Scott gives us a thorough explanation and says, "call me if you have a question".....and know he is being completely sincere. Their whole presentation and experience, this far, ompletely exceeded my expectations! Congratulations, guys for a job extremely well done! More
