Usually the car buying experience is not pleasant with hidden fees, some stipulation, or sales people filling up your inbox and voicemail as they pressure you to buy the car from them. Of the dozen-plus car buying experiences I have been a part of, Audi Albany at Latham was the best. As a long island resident, I was expecting the car buying experience to be more challenging given my location relative to the dealer’s, but I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be a very positive experience. Nick was extremely patient and answered all my questions truthfully and did additional research into things he wasn’t sure about rather than plugging me with any answer. The dealership went above-and-beyond to work with me and my schedule and provided me with documents detailing the service and ownership history of the car. Besides the friendly and positive customer service experience, I was impressed by the business side of things. There were no hidden fees. The rate I was told for my financing was the rate I signed when I went there. Every aspect of the contract and fees were broken down and explained to me prior to my visit so as to avoid any last minute surprises as I have had happen in the past with other dealerships. I highly recommend buying from Audi Albany and especially Nick Rhoades. More

An absolute pleasure to do business with! Buying a vehicle always seems to be a daunting experience. However, with Nick Rhoades and his team, it turned out to be the exact opposite. After chatting with Nick for a while he knew exactly what I was looking for and showed me a range of Audi A5's that fell within my criteria. One of them just called out to me so Nick sat me down inside this awesome vehicle while he went to get the garage plate. Off for a test drive we went. Yes, it was awesome! While I enjoyed myself, Nick educated me on Audi as a company and the evolution of the 2.0 liter motor and turbo, no sales pressure talk, just car talk. Feeling completely relaxed and combined with the amazing experience of the test drive, I was sold and told him, "Lets do this!". Back at the dealership he took me through the process step by step, explaining everything in detail so that I knew what I was signing for at each step. The process was entirely painless, which I must thank him and his team for. A truly amazing team. Thank you! But it did not end there. As I took possession of the car, the GM, Ric Woldring came out to congratulate me on my purchase. Something I have never experienced in all my other vehicle purchases. In addition, I never felt pressured to buy, and it felt more like a friendly conversation. After the test drive, I was sold. While finalizing the transaction, Nick explained every single piece of paperwork to make sure I knew exactly what I was agreeing to before I signed it, which only made me feel more comfortable. I w I recently had the pleasure of meeting and working with Rob Digregorio at Audi Albany. I had been researching and looking for a newer, used SUV. I was looking at the X5, ML350, and the Q5. I saved my Audi test drive for last, as I wasn't sold on the other models I had driven. Upon meeting Rob, I immediately felt comfortable and unlike the other sales people I had worked with, I felt listened to. Rob sought out exactly what I wanted and proceeded to show me the options he had available. I knew I wanted a 3.0, so we took an SQ5 for a drive, which I loved. During the test drive Rob asked me if I had any interest in test driving an A6. I had not thought about moving into an actual car, as I had been driving an SUV for 20 years. He mentioned the car after listening to how I really enjoy driving and appreciate how a vehicle handles. Long story short, I test drove the A6 3.0 prestige Quattro, and absolutely fell in love with the car. Rob took the time to walk me through every detail, benefit and risk (depreciation) involved with the process. He is an amazing person and a salesman that I highly recommend requesting if you are interested in an Audi. I cannot say enough how much I appreciated working with Rob and the whole Audi Albany team. I will definitely buy another Audi, but most importantly it will be with Rob at Audi Albany. Thank you, thank you , thank you! More
