I had been tied up at work for many days after dropping my car off for service, and after telling someone of my lack of free time during business hours, I was told not to worry and to keep the loner car (which was worth about double what mine was) for as long as i needed- not once was I asked to return the car, rather I had the ability to come back at my own convenience.
