This review is in regards to the excellent service that I have been receiving at the Audi dealership in Latham, NY, particularly the service rendered by James Sanders. James has a very strong sense of professionalism and he doesn’t stop until he provides exceptional service to his customers. Since the very first time I bought my car, James set it up, took care of my other AUDI and thoroughly explained how the features work. Last time, I was getting my car detailed and James came to my house to pick up the car because I was busy with work. James took my car, gave me a rental so that I could go to work, and then took my car back to the dealership for service. I really appreciated this move because it saved me tons of time and my day wasn’t interrupted. The exceptional customer service one gets from James Sanders, makes people want to go there more and purchase. James for sure helps this dealership get the 5-stars for excellent machines and service. More

When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by Patrick and he promptly filled out the paperwork and gave me a loaner vehicle. When I returned the next day to pick up my car I asked to talk to the technician who had worked on the car. I was introduced to Paul and he explained the whole repair to me. That gave me great confidence that my vehicle was repaired properly. I will definitely use Audi of Albany in the future. More
