As I explained to the service representative this is a recurring issue that Audi already fixed once. No one even sits in the back and the feature is rarely, if ever used so it’s disappointing to have to keep revisiting the same issue. At a minimum I was hoping Audi could look at your records and determine if whatever fix was previously applied needed to be repeated. Is this a known defect that other clients experience?
