Internet Sales Manager Tiana Chichester was fantastic and the commitment to serving our needs was clear from the beginning, when she and Sales Manager Peter stayed open late in 15 degree weather just so that the commitment to serving our needs was clear from the beginning, when she and Sales Manager Peter stayed open late in 15 degree weather just so that we could see the R8. When Tiana made it clear that they wanted to “earn” our patronage, we knew that Big Jim and Little Jim’s philosophy (God rest their souls) was still in effect. Over the years, we’ve purchased 4 vehicles from the Jim Ellis Auto Group (Corvette Stingray, Corvette Z06, Audi Q5 and Mercedes SL550), and were pleased to cut a mutually acceptable deal on the R8 with Tiana. We appreciated her product knowledge, professionalism and honesty and hope to do business with Tiana and Jim Ellis again. More
