Arthur saved a deal. I had two Q5s from Audi of Atlanta. After dealing with a different rep, I determined we were getting rid of at least one, and likely the second, unti I had two Q5s from Audi of Atlanta. After dealing with a different rep, I determined we were getting rid of at least one, and likely the second, until Arthur stepped in. Another rep had misled me on what my buyout pricing would likely be - bad taste. However, the night before we were going to make a move on the second Q5, I called one more time and caught Arthur. He was great - transparent, HONEST, and walked me through all that I'd need to do without wasting time in the dealership. He took care of getting paperwork ready, and we were done in about 30 minutes when I finally came in to do the deal. Absolute professional and trustworthy guy. Highly recommend. More
