We received a call from Chris shortly after dropping the car off with an explanation of what the issues were with our car. A wheel bearing was the issue for the noise on the rear wheel and the engine light was a result of the turbo no longer working efficiently. Never will I ever buy an Audi ever again. And my 48 years I have never had to replace a wheel bearing on a vehicle. So many things go wrong with this vehicle on top of its over exaggerated sticker price. Chris quoted us $3100 to replace the turbo and 1200 and some change to repair the bearing. Due to the sticker shock I was forced to call around to some other Audi certified mechanics. Thankfully I did as I was quoted 1100 for the turbo and 500 for the rear wheel bearing repair. Wow Chris... I must have had a sucker stamped on my forehead. Not today my friend. More

I showed up as planned albeit 15 minutes late thanks to the unpredictability of Atlanta's traffic. Allowing for an estimated 1.5-hour wait, I brought along some work to get done. Warmly greeted by the service staff they promptly started the process. I had a nice breakfast while I waited in the onsight Starbucks Cafe. About an hour later I received a text they were done. The entire exercise was smooth and the service staff was friendly and professional, making for an easy morning. More

Good at first but not so attentive in person I found this car on cars.com. It was a good price. I was contacted fairly quickly. They were nice enough to hold the car for me for 2 weeks. I was rushed through the buying process. The individuals I worked with couldn’t answer my questions and seemed inconvenienced by them. I was lied to about an add on that I wanted saying it was out of stock and I was told I would be given a “wholesale” price at a later date which turned out to be MORE than the retail cost. I actually went over to the parts department and picked it up right after the purchase. Financier was on the phone and did not prep me as to what I needed to bring for an out of town purchase so I didn’t have everything I needed. Jermaine in service was so helpful! He helped answer questions about programming and maintaining the car. Thank you Jermaine you made this experience for us (as well as the guys in the parts department and I apologize that I don’t remember your names)! I would not recommend anyone else that I worked with. Maybe others would be more attentive! More
