Replacement of break fluids wasn't necessary 95k maintenance service. Chris suggest to flush break fluid, recommendation is to replace every two years. He missed seeing that it was flushed last y 95k maintenance service. Chris suggest to flush break fluid, recommendation is to replace every two years. He missed seeing that it was flushed last year, he missed seeing in my car history. Next day, we found out that break fluid was flushed unnecessarily. Chris responded to my query that he will credit me on my next visit. Other than this mishap, overall experience is good. Chris is a nice guy, things happen. More

I showed up as planned albeit 15 minutes late thanks to the unpredictability of Atlanta's traffic. Allowing for an estimated 1.5-hour wait, I brought along some work to get done. Warmly greeted by the service staff they promptly started the process. I had a nice breakfast while I waited in the onsight Starbucks Cafe. About an hour later I received a text they were done. The entire exercise was smooth and the service staff was friendly and professional, making for an easy morning. More

Flagrant overcharging Chris was our service consultant for our issue with our A4. I should've known by the amount of awards on his desk that he was probably a big moneyma Chris was our service consultant for our issue with our A4. We received a call from Chris shortly after dropping the car off with an explanation of what the issues were with our car. A wheel bearing was the issue for the noise on the rear wheel and the engine light was a result of the turbo no longer working efficiently. Never will I ever buy an Audi ever again. And my 48 years I have never had to replace a wheel bearing on a vehicle. So many things go wrong with this vehicle on top of its over exaggerated sticker price. Chris quoted us $3100 to replace the turbo and 1200 and some change to repair the bearing. Due to the sticker shock I was forced to call around to some other Audi certified mechanics. Thankfully I did as I was quoted 1100 for the turbo and 500 for the rear wheel bearing repair. Wow Chris... I must have had a sucker stamped on my forehead. Not today my friend. More
