However, within the first 2 weeks, I found some issues with the car, and when I called the dealership, they immediately told me to call my local Audi dealership (in Nashville). Allan did not offer to make arrangements for me; he just told me to call their service center. I felt like I was turfed to the next person since the purchase was already made. Thankfully, John (finance manager) was able to make arrangements once I called him. I believe that Allan could use some education on customer service and know that you do not ditch a customer just because a deal has been made. I would think twice about purchasing a car from this dealership in the future if this the post-purchase treatment I will receive. More

The negotiation and selection of my actual car (which was not in stock at the dealership) were very friendly and unstressful. When the car arrived, the dealership went ahead and created my myAudi account, registered my VIN with it, etc. before I arrived to pick it up, reducing the time I had to spend getting things going. In fact, I spent more time with their technologist learning details about the infotainment system than I had to spend filling out paperwork. A truly great experience. More
