Our coolant leak turned out to be more serious than anticipated on our seven year old Q-5. We met with Gustavo about a possible purchase of a new or used car. He was most professional and answered all questions. I was in town for only one day and wife two hundred miles away. We made the decision to buy a new Q-7as we had driven one as a loaner last year. A big decision and difficult process as we had to get everything done that day basically over the phone. Many thanks to Gustavo,Patrick and the crew there. I was given an A-5 loaner to drive home as it dark and Beth wanted a different wheel selection. Gustavo drove down the next day and gave us a good training session on our new Audi.
