I needed some help setting up my new Audi and Colin was great, many places would have asked me to come in, wait and then go through things, but Colin was great - he helped me out over the phone and wasn't great, many places would have asked me to come in, wait and then go through things, but Colin was great - he helped me out over the phone and wasn't pushy about their car sales and service too.
