We purchased a 2015 convertible from this dealership in Sept. Two days after purchase we heard a sloshing sound in the rear of the car. The dealership had to go get the car from a warehouse when we went to test drive. Hard to believe they did not know about this issue before selling. Turns out its a known issue and there is a fix. We repaired the issue. After a month we had not received our tags or the spare key we were promised and was part of the contract. I could not get any response from calling so I went to dealership. They said the county lost the tags and I would have to take it up with them. Great service. Spent and hour and a half at the tag office getting tags. Two days ago the check engine light came on. Needed O2 sensors. Mechanic said we could reset the computer and it might go off for a month or show up again in 2 days. With all the other deception it's hard to believe dealership didn't know about this issue too. Another $1200 bill for that repair. Dealership is still unresponsive to these issues which I understand are my problem regardless of whether the dealership was aware of them and just tried to pawn them off on someone else but at the very least can I get the key you promised? More
