My experience at this dealership was FANTASTIC! I was warmly greeted by the receptionists, and then I met my saleswoman, Ms. Lisa Taylor. She was honest, patient, caring, helpful and extremely accommodating. She made me feel as though my satisfaction was important to her. I can honestly say that I was treated as a valued customer. I also interacted with Jaelin Redfearn, who, like Lisa, was very personable and indulgent. The car I wanted was not available at Jim Ellis Atlanta, but was at the Marietta location. Jaelin communicated with the Marietta location and diligently worked to transfer the car to Audi Atlanta for me. He and Lisa worked closely together to get a loaner car for me until my car was delivered. Talk about exceptional service! Lastly, I met with Daniel Mac who handled the financial part. Likewise, he was very friendly, pleasant, and obliging. He patiently and honestly answered all my questions and suggested the options that suited my needs. He energetically worked to find a deal that suited me. I also LOVE that Lisa personally delivered to me at my home! This is the fourth time I purchased a brand new car, and I've never had such individualized service. Home delivery was the icing on the cake! Although there is an Audi dealer significantly closer to my home, driving the extra miles to Jim Ellis Audi was sooooo worth it! I cannot imagine purchasing a car in the future from any other Audi dealership. Lisa Taylor is now my "go-to" salesperson! More

Surprisingly I received a call from Oscar on Saturday afternoon informing me the technician arranged to come in and complete the repair early. This was very much going above and beyond.
