If we had not met Mr. Morales, our sales advisor, and he had not gone above and beyond to find out the exact history of the car and also finding out he was the tech on the car, I am not so sure we would have made the purchase. It was very reassuring to have Mr. Morales on this journey. Buying a used car is a partnership between the customer and the advisor. I have walked away from a few deals in past due to poor product knowledge of the advisor. With this experience, I will always recommend Mr. Morales and Audi Atlanta. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience here.
