I came to Audi Atlanta as a returning customer. This time, I had the pleasure to work with Tiana - she went above and beyond to meet my needs. I had another visit in the dealership to make the swap - it was quick! Overall it took less than 2 hours in the dealership from beginning to end. When I arrive home from the dealership, I noticed a couple of minor issues. Tiana got a loaner car and came to me (30m drive) to swap cars and take my car to the service.
