My Q3 had battery issues on a Sunday and it was the worst ti To say Jeff and the Beaverton Audi team saved me seems dramatic, but this time they did. My Q3 had battery issues on a Sunday and it was the worst timing. I called another Audi service place (where I bought my Q3) and they felt there was nothing they could do for me since the service department was closed. In desperation, I called the Beaverton Audi with hopes of something different. I got the same response that the Service Department was closed but... I could talk to the manager. Jeff got creative and gave me a solution that had me meeting my work deadlines and getting my car fixed. They didn't have to do it, and there was nothing in it for them other than just saving a frantic lady on the phone. So between the Sales team on Sunday and the Service team on Monday (less than 24 hours) my car was repaired and back to me. Finding someone that is willing to help because it is the right thing is unfortunately rare these days. I found that with Jeff and the Beaverton Audi Team. To be clear, Jeff didn't just give me a solution he had to work at it. When I left a message for him I did not leave my call back information because I didn't think he or Audi Beaverton would do anything for me and it was just an opportunity to vent my frustration. Jeff got my number, called me back, calmed me down, and gave me options without strings attached. He couldn't promise what the Service department could do the next day but his solution got me to my conference on Monday morning with reliable transportation. My Q3 would run great, just not start without a jump. On Monday the service team called me before 8am with an update on repairs. They were working on my car and were happy to take care of me that morning. He promised to call by noon, which he did. Car was done around 1:30 with a new battery, software update completed, washed, and they looked at my tires for me at my request. This is what Service is all about and seems to be forgotten too often. Just do what you can to take care of people and reduce their stress level. A big thank you to everyone who helped me during this call. Audi Beaverton will be my go to place for service and some day replacement on my Audi. More

Excellent and Painless Purchase Process We had a great experience purchasing our first Audi, and found Audi Beaverton to be excellent from the Portland Auto Show, to a launch event we attend We had a great experience purchasing our first Audi, and found Audi Beaverton to be excellent from the Portland Auto Show, to a launch event we attended for a brand-new model, through several test drives and stops at the dealer to check out colors and ask questions. The Audi etron we purchased is Audi's first all-electric vehicle, and first of all, the vehicle itself turned out to be spectacular, and the electric car that finally got us to pull the trigger and purchase after being less than impressed with others. Drew was an excellent and knowledgable salesperson. He know a lot off the top of his head, was quick to find answers to our questions, and made the purchase process enjoyable and pleasant. We rarely had to wait more than a minute to talk to him when we stopped by, and his communication during our order process was excellent. When we completed our purchase, Drew and Morgan and Alex all made the process of signing the paperwork enjoyable -- for possibly the first time ever. Compared to Lexus and Volvo and Land Rover where we have purchased previous vehicles, Beaverton Audi creates a truly premium purchase experience, despite doing a high volume of business, we always felt like they remembered us and our business was important. We look forward to buying future Audis from Audi Beaverton. More

I negotiated my trade-in and the terms of the new lease over the phone with Morgan. He then handed me off to Patrick when I stopped by for my test drive..Patrick was very patient, as I was considering two different vehicles.. They located one which fit 90 percent of that we were looking for. It was located in Los Angeles. A lot of dealerships would have stopped there. Instead, they then went through their new inventory which hadn’t even been unwrapped or entered into their system yet. Valerie found the exact one which fit 100 percent of what we were looking for at Beaverton Audi. We had the privilege of working with both Shane and Valerie as sales people. They were both so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They took their time, listened to what we wanted, and I feel they both really went above and beyond to match us with our new Audi. I will recommend Beaverton Audi to anyone looking for an Audi. More
