I always liked the fact that I can drive into the Audi service department and get instant service. That Audi had a replacement tire that matched the set on my 2017 A4 was fortunate. Even though it was late in the day when I arrived the team at Audi of Beaverton replaced the tire then rotated and balanced the wheels and delivered my vehicle to my home that evening. Good job. More

The communication from dealership has dramatically improved. We didn't have the best of experiences the initial service trip, un-ordered parts, appointments times changed, delay's in the amount of tim improved. I arrived to the dealership Sunday at 1130ish...30 minutes before they opened and Liam took exceptionnel care of me and my situation...I came with a busted out windshield on my Q7. Also, the manager, that Sunday morning, once he realized my situation, walked out to my car and let me know that things would be taken care of.
