There was a squeak/rattle combo gradually becoming louder along with 2 warnings that needed attention. The warnings were somewhat minor. I was very impressed by the tenacity and patience of the tech who actually texted me recordings of what he was hearing until I recognized it and confirmed it. What a relief. There is nothing worse than a new car with a squeak. OK. There's Covid but you get my meaning if you love your Audi. A loose heatshield. Days to find. Minutes to fix. No charge. Excellent service. Even though they didn't find all of the issues the first time, the service department didn't charge us for bringing it back in to fix the problem. The price for fixing the problem the first time was very time, the service department didn't charge us for bringing it back in to fix the problem. The price for fixing the problem the first time was very reasonable. We requested a loaner car and they supplied one until the problem was completely resolved. The only suggestion I have is to provide a few progress updates. The car was in the shop for almost a week without hearing anything. We had to call to find out what was going on. More
