So fun to see the new things Audi has in their newer vehicles! Rod from the service department was also quite helpful. When I left my service appointment, I got about 20 minutes away and had issues with my hood not closing properly. Upon returning to the department, Rod graciously came out and messed about with the latch and had me on my way in minutes without further issues. Top notch people you have which shows in your strong performance. Your service department area is bright, clean and welcoming. (Even when you had the water shut off!) We dropped off the Audi a day before we departed on vacation. The dealer hired an Uber driver to take me home. Whilst on vacation we received notification that the car was ready. It's easy to schedule appointments I have been using Audi Beaverton's Eastside service center for 10+ years. They go out of their way to be helpful. It's easy to schedule appointments, they are ready with paperwork when I arrive, they have a loaner or Uber available, and are always on time with the work. They provide updates during the day and they don't provide pressure to have extra work done even when it's recommended. I would buy another Audi based on my experience with their service team. More
