Easy and comfortable setting. Dustin took awesome care of us on our first Audi Service experience. He lined us up as we requested with a loaner vehicle which is so important inste Dustin took awesome care of us on our first Audi Service experience. He lined us up as we requested with a loaner vehicle which is so important instead of just waiting for the service to be completed. It feels comfortable as new Audi owners to be dealing with a set of professionals. Only thing I would say is I requested the car to be washed and vacuumed, and it appeared to have been loosely washed or maybe lightly wiped down, but not a vacuum. Other than that, experience was an A+. More

Amazing as always! I take my VW Golf to Sunset Audi-Portland Service Center. My nephew, Casey Rourke, is a mechanic there. And he is awesome! Well, everyone I've worked I take my VW Golf to Sunset Audi-Portland Service Center. My nephew, Casey Rourke, is a mechanic there. And he is awesome! Well, everyone I've worked with there is awesome. I was having ongoing problems with my engine stalling while the car was idling. Other mechanics/dealers could not figure it out. Casey and Joe took care of me. I won't go anywhere else. Yes, my nephew works there, but Audi has customer service figured out! Their waiting area is modern and comfortable. There are always snacks and beverages :) And they either Lyft you home or give you a loaner car so you can go about your day. It was seamless. Thank you guys!! More
