Audi providing a service center closer to my home in Camas pushed the scales to Audi. 2. I chose to get the car wash and vacuum service. I was super pleased that my all season mats were washed in that process. I didn't anticipate that, but it was very much appreciated. More

Went in for a rear main seal fix, in the process they broke my transmission then instead of giving me a new one got one from a junkyard at about 70,000 and only gave me a 1 year warranty on someone else’ broke my transmission then instead of giving me a new one got one from a junkyard at about 70,000 and only gave me a 1 year warranty on someone else’s transmission of which we have no record of the quality. Can’t believe the professionals broke something so important and proceeded to give me a hand me down from a junk yard. Really worth the experience. I am going to avoid them at all costs (this was sunset Audi service in Portland, Oregon. Manager was nice and so was the front desk but I mean come on breaking a transmission and giving me one found at a scrap yard? It should have been brand new because they were at fault. All to save money and the most cost effective way to say they “covered it” More

This last time I was told that I needed my rear brake hoses replaced due to cracking. They quoted the service @ $825. Being a woman and worried that I was potentially being taken advantage of, I decided to get a second opinion. I took my car to a local reputable mechanic that specializes in Audi, BMW & VWs. Not only did they quote the service at less than half the price the dealership service dept did, but they also said it sounded fishy and asked me to bring my car in so they could take a look at no charge. I took my car in and there was no issue found with the brake hoses - they even showed me. Needless to say I'm very disappointed with the crooked practices that seem to be in place at the service dept. Always get a second opinion. More

Excellent customer service First time at this service center, and first service not covers under the Audi Care program. The service manager explained that signing up for anothe First time at this service center, and first service not covers under the Audi Care program. The service manager explained that signing up for another round of the AC coverage would actually be a savings. And the process was fast and simple. I got an awesome E-Tron loaner for the day and returned it upon completion. I'll likely come back for new winter tires if they can match the online discounter's price. Very good customer service. More
