Smooth, courteous, informative -- met all expectations. This was my 3 year/30K maintenance service, although I don't even have 20K on my car. Scheduling the appointment with Corey Maslen was easy via e-mai This was my 3 year/30K maintenance service, although I don't even have 20K on my car. Scheduling the appointment with Corey Maslen was easy via e-mail, which was and is my preference. He was waiting for me when I dropped my A4 off, and kept me informed throughout time of the service appointment. Several service action, or "recall" notices, mostly having to do with the infotainment system, were also addressed during my appointment. My car came back to me cleaner than it went in, and Corey has answered all my follow-up questions. I'm not very adroit with hi-tech, so the all-electric loaner car I received felt like an alien spaceship to me, in terms of operating the radio, etc., but it got me where I needed to go. More

Excellent service I appreciated that Brian communicated with me throughout my repair, and offered me a service loaner halfway through my repair process. Unfortunately, there were no service vehicles available at the beginning of my repair process and I was going out of town, so I could not exchange my rental (Ford Escape) for an Audi. More
