He went the extra mile to locate a car that was exactly what I was looking for and I could not be more pleased. The actual car buying process was made even more efficient by Lindsay in the finance department. David and her were able to make the whole process of buying the car just a couple of hours - not days like I thought it would be. David's an extremely attentive and thorough sales rep. He guided me on a good test drive, and got me what I feel was a good price for the car. The trade-in value offered on my Mustang GT was also adequate, do a deal was struck the following Tueday. David gave me an in-depth tutorial about my A5s controls and was hahappy to refresh some pointers a couple weeks later. In all a great car-buying experience! More

Decided I wanted to trade in my Altima, KBB appraised at $9500, I just wanted $9k at the least. Dealer lowballed the heck out of me at $6k, wouldn't go past $8k later. I decided to leave, but on my way home, I decided to call Jimmy Alegre at Audi Bethesda on a whim. I told Jimmy the ridiculous experience I just had and wanted to see what he could do. Right off the bat, I knew this was going to be a great experience when I shook his hand. Jimmy was extremely professional, courteous, and upfront--best of all he treated me with respect and provided transparency which the other place didn't. It was simply like talking to a friend. He asked what I wanted, I explained, and he said let me see if I can work this out for you. Within 10-15 minutes, Jimmy came back with two offers, one of them being the exact deal which I requested. Without request, Simone the Sales Manager even came by to explain about the two offers, and what was doable--I love the initiative. Took a short test drive and was ready to sign the paperwork. Alex the finance manager was also fun to work with and I was in and out in 10 minutes. These people at Audi Bethesda don't just want to sell you a car, they want to help you every way possible from getting a good deal, ease of communication, and being friendly and honest. Truly, this was the best car buy experience I've ever had. It all started with Jimmy, so thank you Jimmy for setting the first stone in the path to a great purchasing experience. David Engel addressed all my questions over the phone and personally made sure that I get as much information as I could. Though I showed up with a short notice, David had the car ready for a test drive and provided his honest opinion on the car, mind you it is not the brand they primary sell. I'm pleased with their customer service and felt comfortable getting my car from them. Its been 2 weeks and I'm having fun with the car that is new to me. Would highly recommend to consider them if you're in the market for a car. More

I’ve contacted various dealer but Audi BETHESDA was able to have the allocations. My initial sales rep was giving me doubts, but when Jimmy Alegre took over he made sure all my issues are resolved. Jimmy followed through with my questions with care, he kept me informed of the delivery process on a weekly basis. Eventually I was able to receive my vehicle earlier than my expectations. Once the vehicle arrived, Armon and the rest of the staff were very professional and helpful that I was able to celebrate and renew the memory of my first RS3 delivery... Overall, I would suggest friends and family to visit Audi BETHESDA for any future purchases, of course Jimmy would be the one to recommend also! More

Leaving aside the issues with the car entirely (a separate matter), Barbara Portalea ranks among the least professional individuals my wife and I have encountered. The thing that has stuck with us is the extent to which she made us feel like she had no genuine desire to help us, and she approached each interaction with an indifference and coldness that was troubling. We have a high tolerance for businesses that aren't able to be perfect 100% of the time, but we have less tolerance for when others have such little regard for basic decency. We could not recommend Barbara Potalea less. Save yourself the heartache and please look elsewhere for professionals with a more consistent customer service track record. More
