He quickly impressed me with his professional qualifications as he explained numerous technical questions that I brought up. This was my first experience with the Audi brand so I really needed a lot of explanations. He sensed my technical depth, making his remarks at the right level. Next John took me and my companion for a remarkable demonstration of the car's features on the open road, then in traffic. This turned out to be a delightful experience for us as he "showed what that baby could do." He continued patiently to explain further features all the while as I encountered them while exploring the car as driver. I was much impressed with John's knowledge of Audis and cars in general.
