I recently had a disappointing experience with Audi Bethesda that has left me feeling misled and frustrated. However, after signing a three year lease and upon taking delivery of the vehicle, it became evident that this information was dishonest. Not only that, but their proposed solution was to charge me an additional fee to have them installed. This kind of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable. As a loyal customer who recently made another purchase from Audi Bethesda, I expected better. I hope they take this feedback seriously and rectify the situation for future customers. More
