Jacob was highly professional-he was personable and knowledgeable and gave us very helpful guidance as we considered all of the options on the Q7. He worked hard to find us the car we were looking for, but when we found it wasn't available he helped us order one from the factory. We were kept informed of the progress of our car through every phase of the manufacturing and it was delivered on time. Jacob met with us twice to go over all of the car's features. He couldn't have been more helpful. If your looking for a new Audi, Audi Bethesda is a great dealership and Jacob is a great salesman. More

Mediocre customer service -Sales Went to the dealership with a precoordinated appointment. Our POC said he was not expecting us until later yet clearly indicated via email when our appointment was. We walked around for 25 min in the showroom because he was to busy to help. Several other sales reps including the manager (Nick France) were chatting with each other. Eventually another sales rep decided to help us but he was less than helpful. We asked a question about a car and he rudely walked off to talk to another sales person without answering. After 50 min we finally were able to go on the precoordinated test drive. I would expect the Audi brand to have much better customer service. More

Could Not Be Bothered Let me start by saying that I have owned three Audis so far. I have come to expect certain things from the brand and dealerships. Unfortunately, only Let me start by saying that I have owned three Audis so far. I have come to expect certain things from the brand and dealerships. Unfortunately, only one employee was friendly. When I walked in, I received only stares and a lot of them. I had to wait in the waiting area, which I normally don't mind. But unlike other Audi dealerships I have been to, there was trash everywhere and a lack of supplies for the coffee machine. The friendly employee had to ask a co-worker about the location of the coffee cups. When that employee found the cups, he couldn't be bothered to talk to me. He immediately got his phone out and turned away when I thanked him. I was there long enough to watch the staff treat some individuals like they had treated me (not worthy), while others received the red carpet treatment. I understand they are not selling a cheap product, but it would serve them well not to assume they know exactly who can and cannot afford an Audi. That is the only explanation I have for the treatment I received. If I didn't know any different, I would write off Audi because of this dealership. Sales are about relationships, however short those may be. I hope I never need to return to this dealership, because only one employee treated me like they understood that principle. More

Nick handled my new loan and financing of my car better than anyone ive ever dealt with. Terry made my test drive and entire visit like I was visiting family back home. Truly a great person with zero pushiness or "salesman" attitude that made me feel like he really cared about my purchase and even my life! Simone was absolutely a delight to work with and talk to. Signing my name next to such big numbers somehow felt alot easier than it should have due to the way she treated me. Not so in the least if you buy from Audi Bethesda. I recently purchased an A3 2.0T Quattro Premium Plus from Audi Bethesda. I had the pleasure of working with Bob Fix on the sales side and Simone Durbin on the finance side. Both Bob and Simone are courteous, attentive, responsive, and entirely knowledgeable about Audi products – the consummate professionals. Each is also smart, personable, gracious, and engaging – just really nice folks who were thoughtful and always respectful of my time. I was treated very well and came away feeling like I’d gotten a more than fair deal on a fantastic car. I absolutely love my A3. Altogether, this was an exceptionally smooth, efficient, and gratifying transaction – by far the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had.
