Great Service Department, Poor Sales Department I've been with Audi for 7 plus year now. I've always leased my cars from Rusnak and serviced them at BH Audi, as it is closer to home. Based on my ser I've been with Audi for 7 plus year now. I've always leased my cars from Rusnak and serviced them at BH Audi, as it is closer to home. Based on my service experience, I told myself I'd ensure my next lease was done through BH Audi, due to the great experience provided by the Service Department. I worked with Sohail, and he was great. He helped me decide my next lease would be on a Q5 not the Q3 I had envisioned. When it came to discuss numbers, I worked with Juan. He was rude and unprofessional. I interacted with him when I first arrived and mentioned I received an automatic email from him about my car being in service and up for renewal soon and that he'd like to talk to me about my options. He seemed unamused, agreed it was automated - but almost as if he wanted me to know I wasn't special and it was Audi's "cute" touch, not his. Then after a test drive with Sohail, it was time to work with Juan again, and like the rest of the sales team is he rude, unprofessional and smug. Beyond Sohail, the rest of the sales team were standing around with their hands in their pockets, looking annoyed and without a smile on their face. They seemed either bored or unhappy. Juan was no different, he took no interest in upholding BH Audi's reputation as the #1 dealership. He was blunt, matter of fact and short. He seemed upset, not happy, I'd be moving from an A4 to a Q5. Saying, "oh, so you have an a4. I thought you had something better". When it came time to discuss numbers, we asked what the loyalty credit was, after viewing the current offer on Audi's website. He gave us a lower number. We brought to his attention the offer, which he argued us on for 5 minutes. Then after he read the fine print off of our phone, he said it expired. 1) As a manager you should know your offers inside and out and he should have been prepared to know it was expired. 2) If its on the website still, it should be honored or removed. Based on this overall experience, feeling judged and unwanted I don't BH Audi is the #1 dealership and I'd will not be back for sales or service now. More
