Jason makes it so easy This was my 2nd experience with Jason. The first was the day after I got my A3. It had a nail in a tire when I left the dealership. They sell a lot cars; I don't know how I got a call because I had a lease almost up and they claimed to be interested in me turning my A4 in early. Parking is goofy on the showroom side an I got a call because I had a lease almost up and they claimed to be interested in me turning my A4 in early. Parking is goofy on the showroom side and the valet on the service side refused to let me park or take my car. I had an appointment but after twiddling my thumbs (and being offered water four times) I was about to write a note saying, "so long and call me when you're serious" (an effort that was destined to fail since the receptionist couldn't seem to locate any paper and was going to tear off the bottom of another document so I'd have a scrap on which to write), a salesman came out to talk to me. Although I had an appointment with a sales manager (who it turns out was wandering around and the person to offer me water the third time - but wasn't apparently interested in talking to me about leasing Audis) I was meeting with this joker who asked me a bunch of questions about me and my car. I pointed out, to no avail, that all of this information was already in the dealership's service records. Then he disappeared to, I suppose, run the numbers. After twiddling my thumbs some more, I actively went looking for him. I spotted him across the bay floor talking on his cell phone. When I went up to him it was clear that the conversation wasn't about me. I told him that he knew how to get in touch with me if he had anything to say and he responded, "perfect" (really, that's what he said) and I got out of there. Never heard from him. Even though I live within walking distance of the place, I re-leased through Santa Monica Audi (4th car from them) and do my services there and at Rusnak Pasadena. But don't take my word for it. I outlined my complaint in a detailed email to the dealership manager. Not only did I not get a response to that, they continued to contact me as if I was a loyal customer. No one ever addressed anything I said. That tells me that the rot is endemic. I've got service and parts department horror stories too but that's for another day. Word of advice to BH Audi: don't xxxx off people who've leased four Audi's in a row. There's plenty of competition in SoCal and I've no need of being treated as if I were an idiot. More
