Our 4th transaction since 2017, all with sales manager Kayla Chase, was completed today. Kayla is professional, warm, highly knowledgeable about all things Audi and made us a very fair lease deal with a Kayla Chase, was completed today. Our salesman, George Arias, was terrific as he efficiently got us through the process and answered all questions that we hit him with. Paul and his colleagues Louis, Jeff and Kervens on the Audi Brookline service team are great to work with. While I’ve typically gone with local, independent mechanics shops and steered away from dealer-ba Audi Brookline service team are great to work with.
