I'll preface that by saying I'd been to my local north shore Audi dealership and was so turned off by them (I haven't written that review yet!) that on impuluse I gave Audi Burlington a call on a Saturday morning, spoke with Lauren and had an appointment to drive a TT that day, loved the car and although I was offered an incentive to purchase that day there was no pressure to do so and the people were professional and great to work with. I returned shortly and purchased from them, I love my new TT! Re the actual purchase, I was accompanied by a good friend that assisted in negotiating an amazing deal - my salesman was accommodating and super helpful at sale, delivery and afterwards when I came in for an inspection sticker and some remedial training on the gadgetry. So net/net, from where I sit, kudos to Lauren, Renato and Carol - stellar one and all - totally positive buying experience! More

Great experience buying my first Audi. I finally found a manual transmission Audi online at Audi Burlington, I was a little nervous going in for a test drive as I usually have my husband wi I finally found a manual transmission Audi online at Audi Burlington, I was a little nervous going in for a test drive as I usually have my husband with me (he's a car guy). I quickly learned there was no need to be anxious, I worked with Ali and he was fantastic. He pointed out some key features in the car that I had been asking about and took me on a quick test drive to see if I liked how the car went. I did, but wanted to bring my husband back just to check it out before I fully committed. Ali let me know I could put a hold deposit on the car (which I did) and did not push me to make a decision right then and there which has been my experience at other places. When my husband came with me the next night Ali was just as nice and attentive, chatting with us during the drive about more features and different options I would have for financing and "care" packages. He got me a GREAT rate so I financed right through Audi and he even delivered the car to Maine after I got out of work. He went over everything again upon delivery and answered all my questions, encouraging me to drop by the dealership anytime if I had any others. I was happily surprised at how easy he made the whole buying experience and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new Audi. More

Stress free car buying experience! I purchased my last vehicle from Herb Chambers Honda and knew I would be back to a Herb Chambers dealership, no matter what kind of car I bought. Sven Kurcik was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the Audi product. He was not pushy at all but provided me all the necessary info I requested in a personable manner. I had a trade and the value I was given was right where I expected it to be. Josh Morrison in finance was just as professional as Sven. He didn't push any product on me but explained all my options. I ended up with a 2017 Q5 and if we are in the market for another Audi, I will be sure to come back to Herb Chambers and ask for Sven! As a side note, my wife brought my car in yesterday for the inspection sticker and Sven greeted her at the door and took care of her immediately, She was very impressed! More

This was the fourth Audi dealership we we Recently my father and I were in the market for different vehicles (a 2017 A4 for him and a 2017 A3 for me). This was the fourth Audi dealership we went to and largely we went there because of the cars in stock. By the time we had made our way to Audi Burlington, we knew almost exactly what we wanted. What happened from there was a very pleasant surprise -- we learned a lot more about the vehicles. We were set up with Kathleen and she could not have been more knowledgeable. The first example was a question about using the remote to open the windows from a distance. Another Audi rep at another dealership said it was not possible but Kathleen confidently told us it was AND how to do it. Sure enough she was right. She was able to educate us on all of the little known features of the vehicles and deliver value above and beyond the quality of the car. Kathleen took her time with us and fought for the best possible deal. Many dealerships offer price matches, but we felt like Audi had the most competitive prices and the best service. Needless to say we didn't go anywhere else after talking to Kathleen. More
