I had a truly exceptional car buying/leasing experience with the Sales Team made up of Ismael, Lauren, and Stephanie at Herb Chambers Audi Burlington. Stephanie and Lauren were my first point of contact via an inquiry I made on their website. Both ladies worked diligently to provide me with the pricing options I was seeking out on the A3. They answered any and all questions I had. If they didn't have the answer right away, they sought it out for me. On the day of my test drive, Ismael (my sales agent) picked me up from public transportation (I live in the city) with the car I was interested in and I started my test drive. He was polite, accommodating, kind, and extremely helpful. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable at any moment during the test drive or at our sit down back at the dealership. This made my decision to move forward easy. On the day I picked up my car, the weather was a bit nasty. Despite those circumstances, Ismael picked me up at the Alewife T station and drove me to the dealership as I was anxious to be in my new car. Since I drove off the lot, Lauren and Ismael have been in touch ensuring I'm happy with my choice and making sure I have all questions that have come up answered. I highly recommend this team at Audi Burlington! More

I wasn't sure what exact model I wanted going in so Brendan's in depth knowledge of not only the brand as a whole but every feature/spec of each vehicle was apparent right away. Brendan's expertise, local roots, excellent demeanor and low pressure approach all combined to make my first Audi purchase experience a truly positive one. Rating the dealership 'good' due to my first visit (on a Sunday p.m.) when I didn't get helped in the showroom so ended up just walking around the lot to look at the inventory before leaving to visit another dealer. I decided to give Audi Burlington a second chance and returned for a vehicle test drive and met Brendan. Brendan (along with Zak Nolen in finance) successfully turned around what was not a great first impression of the dealership and both employees were really great to work with. Whether it was via email or phone each took the time to answer all of my questions and/or allay my concerns. Thank you Brendan for your customer centric mindset which is a rare trait these days! More

Adnan Sehovic runs a truly amazing operation, from the time you purchase a car, to when you bring it in for a service. He is one of Audis and Herb Chambers biggest assets. Audi Burlington makes car buying a true experience and cares about their customers. Peter Matton has sold me all three of my Audis, and is a breath of fresh air when it comes to his knowledge, passion, and expertise of both Audi and the auto industry. Jeff Buchholz is my go to when it comes to bringing my car in for service. He gets the job done and is always on the ball. When I bring my car in for service I will only work with Jeff and am always taken care of, he is quick, attentive, and always follows up after you pick up your car. More

While a vehicle with the particular options we wanted was not available on Kevin Freeman did a great job taking us through the purchase of a new Q7. While a vehicle with the particular options we wanted was not available on that lot, Kevin was able to find a vehicle with the options we were looking for in the to-be delivered inventory. We were able to pick up our New Q7 within 3 days of Kevin locating it. Overall the experience was great from test drive, to trade, to delivery. We would recommend working with Kevin and Audi Burlington to others. More
Service for a slow leak in tire I brought my Audi all road car in for service to check a tire for a slow leak they did not notify me but put a plug in my tire for $43 When I got I brought my Audi all road car in for service to check a tire for a slow leak they did not notify me but put a plug in my tire for $43 When I got home I checked my tire it found a staple also in my tire that was overlooked. But 43$ for a plug it wasn't made of gold Labor was 39.95 miscellaneous charge 3.00 total bill was 42.95 They could've told me there was a nail in the tire and I would've went to a service station for $10 More

Individual was patient with all of my answers & questions & able to id my needs & budget constraints. With those in mind, I test drove an almost new CPO Premium Plus with tech package. Very good vehicle with the fun to drive quotient! Price & trade value not so good! Follow-up is always tricky in the sales business & I acknowledge that as you don't want the dealership to be a nuisance, yet we all want to feel special. Not sure where my perception of dealership behavior changed, but was not pleased & purchased elsewhere. No names used above as I chalk it up to my not communicating more strongly my activity of shopping for what I considered a fair price on product as well as my trade! More
