The call from Lauren convinced us to make the two hour drive that brought us into the dealership. The car was reserved for us and Juan met us there, our trade in was inspected and we received very attractive numbers. I was concerned that with the competitive pricing on the new car that we'd receive a very low offer for our old one. I had an issue with some scratches on the car that were dealt with without issue and we purchased the car based on the original values-- no haggling back and forth. Juan delivered the car to our local town this morning so we could complete the out of state paperwork. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience-- Everyone I met at the dealership was top notch. Some of the other dealers I dealt with should pay attention and adopt this kind of service.
