I stopped in with my 2002 Audi A4 for a recall. It was my first time at this dealership, and I have to say that the level of prof. and customer service were unmatched by any of the other dealers I have been first time at this dealership, and I have to say that the level of prof. and customer service were unmatched by any of the other dealers I have been to. The Herb Chambers team helped me getting a convenient service appointment set up, and also performed other (warrantied) services on my vehicle proactively for me, so that I could avoid taking multiple tr service appointment set up, and also performed other (warrantied) services on my vehicle proactively for me, so that I could avoid taking multiple trips to the dealership. Very attentive and friendly staff. The work is always done very well and the cars is clean when returned. There could be some improvement with the time it takes to do a simple oil change, but I'm sure so done very well and the cars is clean when returned. My experience at Herb Chambers Audi of Burlington has been outstanding on each occasion I have had my Q5 in for upgrades or scheduled maintenace checks.
