I’m extremely delighted with my car shopping experience with Walt and Jim at Audi Cary! Walt was fantastic, very easy going, wasn’t pushy at all and allowed me the time I needed to make my decision. Price we negotiated quite easily without back and forth was very fair, and trade-in of my existing competitor lease that was about to mature was such a breeze I honestly wasn’t expecting it to go that smoothly! Jim, the finance guy, explained all the papers I signed as we were going through everything and I appreciated the way he told me about benefits of packages and protections they have — no endless back and forth, I simply picked one I needed and we were done. The customer manager Kim checked on me too when I was waiting for Walt to work out the numbers. I had such a great experience I grabbed an extra business card of Walt to pass it to someone in my family who is due for an upgrade later this year!! More
