We were recommended "Audi Brand Specialist", Johnnie Richards by the first Specialist This is our second Audi purchase but, our first from Audi Cary. We were recommended "Audi Brand Specialist", Johnnie Richards by the first Specialist we worked with on my original purchase. Our experience was great from the time we stepped on the parking lot and into the show room. All of the associates were very friendly and engaging. Once we connected with Johnnie we were off looking and test driving the type of vehicle my wife and I were interested in. Johnnie was very knowledgeable of the product and man can this guy drive. Once our vehicle was selected, the experience continued to build as the Business Manage Huge, took over. This guy worked extremely hard to meet us with the numbers we needed to secure our purchase.
