Risky service I went to get the regular service interval but it took two days to get an oil change. I dropped it off at 8 am and it was not ready until a day later I went to get the regular service interval but it took two days to get an oil change. I dropped it off at 8 am and it was not ready until a day later and the dealer didn't even call to let me know it would be done late. I made a complaint about the treatment and the service provider had the nerve to say I should change where i drive which is none of his business. This is the worst audi service shop in the valley. More

Terrific first visit Gabe Amaya gave me a great introduction to Audi Chandler with my new-to-me A5. I scheduled an appointment for a clear bra installation but at the ve Gabe Amaya gave me a great introduction to Audi Chandler with my new-to-me A5. I scheduled an appointment for a clear bra installation but at the very, very last minute added window tinting and some polishing work. No problem! He arranged everything plus a loaner for the day. The department manager doing the polish was not happy with the spot job. Gabe called and offered a super-duper three stage whole car polish for a reduced price. I simply could not be happier with Gabe’s suggestion since I think I can see middle earth reflected deep in my hood. The artistry used in both the clear bra and the window tinting is simply remarkable. When I returned to pick up my car I was forced to wear sunglasses just so I could look at it. Thanks Gabe! More
