I never felt rushed, he took the time on the test drive so that I got a great sense of how the car handled and all the details of the interior as well. The "after-sale" follow up and response has been wonderful as well. I know that Chris and the service staff are there to answer any of my questions or take care of any issues if they should ever arise. I am very happy with my "new" Audi and will be back to Audi of Charlotte of my next purchase. More

Audi Experience is good, not 5 star though Experience at Audi Charlotte was above average, and I do enjoy the Audi experience. I cannot provide a five star rating for Chris. His service during the sales process was exceptional, and his knowledge above average. However, upon me returning to complete payment, I was asked to make a separate trip to return my tags, although I was assured I was 100% finished after my first return trip to the dealership (40+ min drive). In addition, Chris forgot my name. Not good. I cannot make recommendations other than focus more and be sharp, not good after the sale was completed. More

Chris took the car shopping experience to a level that most certainly made an Audi lover out of me. Chris's description of the interior as "modeled after a Romulan Battle Cruiser" was almost as memorable as his passion for demonstrating the handling characteristics of my Audi. It is clear he is committed to the customer and to a quality car. I have, and will continue to, recommended him to my neighbors and clients. More
