Diesel fuel pump failure Out car had a catastrophic high pressure fuel pump failure three hours from our destination from Washington, PA to our home in Pawleys Island , South Out car had a catastrophic high pressure fuel pump failure three hours from our destination from Washington, PA to our home in Pawleys Island , South Carolina. We had the vehicle towed to Audi of Charlotte. A courtesy car was provided and we asked that our car be ready in two weeks on our return back to Washington, PA. Several calls before our departure, we were assured that our vehicle woud be ready. We ended up waiting for three hours after our pick up time. We did make it home but the next day the check engine light came on. Three days later, we picked up the car with an explanation hat the computer was not set properly. Three days later the Add blue pump failed. Another trip to the dealer. We finally traded it in on a Dodge Durango Citadel. I had hoped to buy an Audi for the long term because of the supposedly excellent engineering but this vehicle was disappointing. More

I had been searching for a car for several weeks - could not settle - after 6 more dealerships in one day - went by Audi - met Richard Gouhin and he w I had been searching for a car for several weeks - could not settle - after 6 more dealerships in one day - went by Audi - met Richard Gouhin and he was awesome. I told him I'd know the car when I saw it - he was not "pushy" and was patient in the search to find one. After settling on a price (was not a painful exercise) - he pushed the paperwork through pronto and we were on the road in about an hour. We had a follow up service item (scratch on grill - it was a used car) and my husband went by today - he's a tough customer and could not believe how fast the service department got him in and out. Hoping to be Audi fans for life - definitely a fan of this dealership. More
