Excellent customer service. Knowledge Staff. I just moved to the area from Canada. I have dealt with the same dealership for years. I was very concerned with finding another dealership that would make me feel like my comfortable. One of my clients suggested I take my Audi A6 S line to Audi of Charlotte. He gave me the name of Mark Price. This guy was incredible. He made me feel welcome from the first phone call. He fit me in the service dept tight schedule and even took car a few recalls that I was not aware of. The staff were friendly and all introduced themselves to me. I was offered Starbucks coffee or water. I had a few conference calls to make and was offered to take them in the Audi cafe. They offered me the free wifi and i felt like i was in my office. The car was fixed and they even washed it for me. I will make this dealer my first choice even though i live in Raleigh. I will recommend this dealership time and time again to anyone. More

The staff at Audi of Charlotte went out of their way to make sure that we got the vehicle we wanted and were fully satisfied with it. Initially, we couldn't find a Q7 with the options and color we wanted. But as soon as one became available, our salesman, Max Montoya, drove it to my wife's office for a test drive. The entire team was very transparent throughout the process. Once we had the car, Kyle spent an hour pouring over the tech with us. They have been very helpful with any follow up questions we've had since the purchase. It was an overall fantastic car-buying experience. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. More
