Very quickly it became apparent that this car was getting the better of me and in a stunning "win me over " fashion I hadn't seen since buying my present Lexus LS430. So impressed with the Q5 yet needing something similar but a bit larger Rich introduced me to the Q7. Being a salesman for 30 years in commercial Real Estate I'feel like I've seen every coy approach to selling known to man. Rich was anything but and always the helpful gentleman we southerners have come to appreciate. The Q7 actually did all the selling but Rich was there to answer the many questions I had as I understand the car doesn't speak ...yet, but it does listen and provide safety sign language when being passed , driving too close , pedestrian walking by and on and on. Rich has excellent personnel to support him from Marcus Robbins in finance to Kyle the answer man 24/7. I've wanted an Audi since the college days when my roommate had a Fox , now we have two and couldn't be more satisfied.
