Thank you for your feedback. Our records indicate that the vehicle has been in twice previously, once in Dec 2021 & once April 2022 and the concern you mentioned (Monitor flickers) has not been an issue when you brought your Audi into our dealership. This morning when you arrived our Service Manager drove your vehicle and could not replicate the concern. He offered to have you leave the vehicle for further evaluation and informed you that this evaluation and potential repair would go into the following week since the concern may be difficult to replicate and it was Friday and there were other client vehicles ahead of yours. He assured you we would address your vehicles' concern as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this upset you and you started raising your voice making a scene inside the dealership, other clients were visibly uncomfortable with your behavior. Our Service Director heard you yelling and approached you in an attempt to calm the situation and assist you, his efforts were met with threats from you. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts we were not able to meet your expectations. We welcome the opportunity to assist you with your Audi's service needs in the future and hope that with mutual cooperation we can resolve any issues with your vehicle.
