Always a pleasant experience at audi coral Springs. Clint is an amazing person so is AJ. The only bad thing is the courtesy vehicles are always very dirty! Rodrigo was filling in for my regular service advisor Luana and it was a seamless handover. I was in for recall work on my A4 and he let me know that I did have a little bit left over on my service warra Luana and it was a seamless handover. I was in for recall work on my A4 and he let me know that I did have a little bit left over on my service warranty and he was able to throw in a synthetic oil and filter change as well with no charge. I appreciate the extra effort and willingness to help a client and not always trying to up-sell services. There's a closer Audi dealer to me but there's a reason I still drive this distance to get my car serviced. More

It is a 2 1/2 year old car and still under warranty. We have phone video of the problem occurring. We made yet another appointment, waited 6 weeks for it. The manager is rude, looks for every reason why he can't fix it, too busy to even check out the car, and makes it clear that he does not care. More
