Rodrigo was filling in for my regular service advisor Luana and it was a seamless handover. I was in for recall work on my A4 and he let me know that I did have a little bit left over on my service warra Luana and it was a seamless handover. I appreciate the extra effort and willingness to help a client and not always trying to up-sell services. There's a closer Audi dealer to me but there's a reason I still drive this distance to get my car serviced. More

Horrible Experience. Really bad. They have lost me as a customer forever. We have gone multiple times for the same problem, never fixed, it has been over a year. The moni Really bad. It is a 2 1/2 year old car and still under warranty. We have phone video of the problem occurring. We made yet another appointment, waited 6 weeks for it. The manager is rude, looks for every reason why he can't fix it, too busy to even check out the car, and makes it clear that he does not care. More
