Do not use the chat online, used it setup appt. To see car for next day at 3pm which I'm 2 hrs away and was told I would get a call from dealership which I never got. They also Sold the car that night whi car for next day at 3pm which I'm 2 hrs away and was told I would get a call from dealership which I never got. They also Sold the car that night which is fine because they are in business to sell. But you would a dealership of that a manager would have at least came out or a simple phone call to let me know before I drive 2hrs to find out is not what I call customer service at all. Salesman there did try and find a diff. Car but also was not on lot but was not sold yet. But not all was lost, I went 2 miles down road to coral springs Mercedes and purchased a vehicle. More

My first Audi purchase and my first service experience at Audi of Coral Springs. A few minor issues with the new car, but some were beyond the dealership's control as a result of the current climate and resu Audi of Coral Springs. A few minor issues with the new car, but some were beyond the dealership's control as a result of the current climate and resulting supply chain issues that impact the Automotive as well as other industries.
