When it was time for a new car, my salesman Jeff, from whom I had bought the S8, listened carefully to my needs and desires. He offered suggestions and recommendations based on my present situation and needs. To my surprise he recommended and a7 with the new 3.0 T Engine. He understood my needs and offered an alternative that would make me happy and save me money as well. It was refreshing to have a salesman lead me to the product that would be best for me rather than the product that would be best for him. I dug in for the negotiating process with fair numbers in my head and ask Jeff to write it up. To my surprise he returned with a deal that was better than I had expected. The fairness and respect that I was shown during this process was appreciated greatly. As a professional I understand the value of my product and services as well as the value of respect and fairness to my client. It speaks volumes when a dealership behaves in a professional and ethical manner and does not resort to price gouging to make a a quick profit.
