Hopefully I'm the only one this happens to. We agreed to a cash purchase price of a CPO Q7 on Wednesday. Additionally I put a 5k deposit down that day. Thursday morning I notified my salesman We agreed to a cash purchase price of a CPO Q7 on Wednesday. Additionally I put a 5k deposit down that day. Thursday morning I notified my salesman I would be driving 6 hours that day, staying the nights, then I would be at the dealership at 9am Friday to finish paperwork, hand over an electronic check, and take delivery. I arrived at the dealership 9am Friday and that's where all the problems began. After the salesman pulled the vehicle up I found an electric cigarette and female hair scrunchy in the center console, and a piece of trim was coming apart on the rear A/C controls (after getting the vehicle home I found a piece of trim by the spare tire that was removed when they fixed this problem) that they "fixed." NONE of the paperwork was ready despite me sending all the information and documents two days prior. I am military and had a strange way I needed to register the vehicle. I already knew this and contacted the county clerk in the state the vehicle was to be registered and got all the information to have this done correctly. Despite me telling the titling department that they needed to call the county clerk, providing the number, and explaining what needed to happen the vehicle is no doubt going to be titled in the right county/state, but I will need to contact the DMV to change the address. The vehicle was also missing the owner's manual and the valet key which I was told was misplaced and would be mailed by overnight delivery on Monday. On Monday I called to check and was told it was mailed. Once I asked about a tracking number I was told it would be a few weeks and it wasn't mailed. I also asked to have a copy of the car fax email'd to me since it wasn't included in my documents at closing. After signing the paperwork my salesman knew NOTHING about the vehicle. Thank goodness Tony D'Argenzio was working that day. He set up my Audi Connect account and gave me a great class on the vehicle before I left for my 6 hour drive back home. Once I got home I noticed the bumper around the trailer hitch wasn't properly fastened at 2 twist connectors (which I reconnected) and the rear headliner piece was coming down (which I easily reinstalled). Now I'm being told I need to drive 45min. to my nearest Audi dealer to have the valet key cut. I completely understand that. However, my salesman told me I needed to prepay for the valet key and I would be reimbursed. I do not understand why the two dealerships could not coordinate this, or why Coral Springs Audi could not go ahead and prepay for the service. It has now been a week and there is no closure in site. I haven't even received the CARFAX via email. The only reason I was happy with this purchase is because of the vehicle, the price, and the factory and CPO warranty. I'm unsure how a vehicle get's certified with pieces not fully connected and items still in the car. I have no doubt that this is not normal for this dealership. However, DO NOT USE CHAFIC DANNI AS YOUR SALESMAN!! I am still waiting on a simple email with the CARFAX that I was told AGAIN I would have 2 hours ago. More

2016 Q5 TDI - special service situation We had a couple of issues with our fairly new Q5 - neither one of them all that easy to describe or simple (in my opinion) to diagnose. We pulled in We had a couple of issues with our fairly new Q5 - neither one of them all that easy to describe or simple (in my opinion) to diagnose. We pulled into Audi Coral Springs yesterday, cautiously hoping for resolution - and they exceeded our most optimistic expectations in every way. We checked in with Claudio Zullo - he asked his service foreman to drive the car (I feel like a jerk that I don't recall his name) and in 5 minutes they had figured out both problems and determined the fix. A part required wasn't in stock so Claudio gave us a loaner and by the next afternoon (today) they called to tell us the repairs were complete. I don't make a habit of writing reviews just for the sake of doing it - but this experience was extraordinary and I couldn't resist. It isn't often in this day and age that one is 100% satisfied with any kind of service, but this one was just that: 100% perfect from start to finish. It left me more glad than ever that we bought our car from this dealership - and more confident than ever with the service department capacity, professionalism and management. Thank You! More

She explained all the features of the cars, let us text drive more than one, and worked with us to get the deal we wanted. Our car was shipped right away from another location and Vanessa kept us informed of everything that was going on. When we picked up the car, she went over all the functions in great detail. I usually dread the whole process of buying a car, but this time it was a pleasure. Would definitely use Vanessa and this dealership again. More

When I told him our price range, he found an A3 that was exactly what my son and I were looking for. He clearly explained all the details about the car and patiently answered all of our questions. He didn't try to push us into spending more than we were comfortable with by adding extra options. Ron Bacak was great in making sure that we could make the car fit into our price range. He found several incentives / rebates that worked for us. Nicholas even told my son that he could come by any time he wanted for a car wash (complimentary). He took plenty of time going over all the features with my son and me. Tony Carenza in financing was very efficient, as well. I will definitely consider coming back to this dealership when I am ready for my next car. I will also recommend Nick and Ron to my friends. More
