Richardson Baptiste did a s The overall experience from the time we entered the dealership until delivery, with one exception, was extremely positive. Richardson Baptiste did a superb job in helping us choose the right vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant, and completely accomodating. Thee only glitch occurred during the delivery tutorial when the Audi Connect feature would not work. Richardson felt terrible because they had to replace the module so I was unable to take delivery. He did provide me with a loaner and dofferred to deliver my car to my home whenever I wanted but I returned to the dealership the next day to complete the delivery process. Despite this problem, I would highly recommend Richardson Baptiste. We also met with Ron Bacak and he was top notch. Overall, Coral Springs personnel were totally professional. More

Long time customer no longer !!! I have been a customer of Coral Springs Audi since 2010 when I purchased a new Q5. Since then I have regularly taken the car in for service there. U I have been a customer of Coral Springs Audi since 2010 when I purchased a new Q5. Since then I have regularly taken the car in for service there. Until recently, I have had excellent service from James Edmonds. However this week we brought the car in for service and the service advisor Claudio was rude to both myself and my wife. As a good consumer I asked questions about the service that I wanted preformed as well as what the service the service advisor recommended. Claudio recommended the 55,000 mile service in addition to my normal oil/filter change, tire rotation and air filter check/ fluids check. When I asked what was included in this service, other than changing the spark plugs which I could do myself, it was nothing more than normal checking of vehicle and the charge for this service was going to be $900 plus dollars which I thought based on research abnormally high. When I declined this service the service advisor began to berate myself and my wife for not responsibly taking care of our vehicle and this was a stupid and unwise decision on our part. I have ever been spoken to from a service advisor before in such a poor, loud and disrespectful manner and using such high pressure tactics to sell services such as $395 for a diagnostics check. It will be my last service at Audi of Coral Springs based on this experience. I addition, we had an appointment at 8:30 AM and it took over 2 1/2 hours to get the regular service done when normally it takes an hour which seemed punitive for our decline of additional services. More
