Great service experience I have owned my Audi Q5 for almost 4 years and have never had an issue. I went in for a minor back up camera adjustment and ended up with a loaner for I have owned my Audi Q5 for almost 4 years and have never had an issue. I went in for a minor back up camera adjustment and ended up with a loaner for the weekend. David looked up my past service record, from another dealership, and noticed items that had not been addressed during prior service. All of the issues were addressed and I received my car in perfect condition. Audi Coral Springs is now my new service location and David will be my preferred service provider. A true class act! More

Jeff was also very patient and took the time to demonstrate to us how all of the features worked in our new Q5 and made sure we didn't leave the dealership until we knew how to operate all the technical components of the vehicle. We cannot recommend him highly enough as he is low pressure, high knowledge and time very well spent (as opposed to some product "specialists" we've worked with who really don't know their product very well). Rance was also very knowledgeable and efficient in explaining everything and getting the transaction documented and closed. We would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership!!
