The personnel were polite, professional and yes, purposeful. Richard Cumberland developed a relationship with myself and my wife first. Then we discussed the type of car, the terms and he simply focused on providing the best solution possible. We felt like family. We were then introduced to Ron Bacak, who knew just what to say and James Phillips, a very focused finance professional. This was truly consistent with a fantastic customer experience.
